A sensor-based IoT accident detection and emergency alert concept, built on 60+ customer interviews about the "Golden Hour" after road accidents.
The problem
The project started from the “Golden Hour” after road accidents: the response gap between a crash and help arriving. We validated that gap with real people before proposing anything.
What we did
- Conducted 60+ customer interviews across multiple states, with commuters, parents and long-distance drivers.
- Used them to identify and validate the Golden Hour response gap.
- Proposed a sensor-based IoT accident detection and emergency alert system.
This was a third-semester project.
Result
HustleHub was one of the Top 13 finalists out of 77 teams at CIE Spark 2025.
